In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the dwg88 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, devices, or payment methods are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances. If you have forgotten your Account credentials, contact dwg88 support to recover your existing Account.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms. dwg88 reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be materially inaccurate.

4.3 Account Currency

dwg88 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The account currency is set at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, Wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. dwg88 does not impose any currency conversion fee.

4.4 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Thresholds

The minimum deposit to fund a dwg88 Account is Rp 50.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. dwg88 will provide reasonable notice of changes to transaction thresholds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You are liable for all activity conducted under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. • Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Never click on links claiming to be from dwg88 in unsolicited emails or messages without verifying the sender.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dwg88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment infrastructure: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). 6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to the Member's Account immediately upon confirmation of receipt by dwg88's payment processor. dwg88 does not impose deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside dwg88's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) minutes of submission under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. dwg88 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or fraud review. A Member may only withdraw funds to a payment method in their own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any criminal activity and that you are the legitimate owner of the funds deposited. dwg88 cooperates with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and may request documentation to verify the source of any deposit it considers suspicious.

6.5 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an account dormancy policy. dwg88 will notify the Member via their registered email address before any dormancy action is taken and will provide a reasonable opportunity to reactivate the Account.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.3 Bonus Abuse

7.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from Bonus Balance. This limit is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no maximum is stated, no cap applies beyond the standard platform withdrawal limits.

• Identity fraud: providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.

• dwg88 is not liable for losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• dwg88 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits dwg88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by dwg88's own negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

14.1 Termination by dwg88

dwg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• dwg88 is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a competent court order.
• dwg88 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the Account.

Where an Account is closed for Prohibited Conduct, dwg88 reserves the right to retain any Balance pending investigation. In cases where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method.

14.2 Termination by the Member

A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting dwg88 support. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to the Member's last verified payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

dwg88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, dwg88 will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Where a change is non-material (for example, a correction of a typographical error or the addition of a clarifying example), notice may be provided solely by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
